By inviting Lyriel to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the bot.

2. Description of Service

Lyriel is a Discord music bot that provides:

• Music playback from YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, and SoundCloud
• Audio filters and effects
• Playlist creation and management
• Premium features (Prime membership)
• Other music-related functionalities

3. User Conduct

You agree to use Lyriel in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You agree NOT to:

• Use the bot for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the bot's services
• Abuse the bot's features to spam or harass other users
• Use the bot to infringe upon copyrighted material
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the bot's code

4. Availability and Uptime

While we strive to maintain 99% uptime, we do not guarantee that Lyriel will be available at all times. The bot may experience downtime due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or server outages
• Updates and improvements
• Third-party service disruptions (e.g., Lavalink, Discord API)

5. Premium Services (Lyriel Prime)

5.1 Prime Membership

Lyriel Prime is a premium subscription service that provides additional features and benefits. Prime membership is managed through our support server.

5.2 Refund Policy

Prime memberships are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.

5.3 Cancellation

Prime members may cancel their subscription at any time. Access to Prime features will continue until the end of the current subscription period.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

Lyriel collects certain data to provide its services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about what data we collect and how we use it.

7. Intellectual Property

Music playback through Lyriel relies on third-party services (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud). Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to play requested content. Lyriel does not host, store, or distribute copyrighted material.

8. Limitations of Liability

Lyriel and its developers are provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for:

• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot
• Loss of data or server disruptions
• Actions taken by third-party services
• User-generated content or playlists

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Lyriel for any user or server that:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Abuses the bot's features
• Engages in behavior that harms the bot or other users

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Lyriel after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will announce major changes in our support server.
